Business and property owners along Northgate Boulevard have long recognized the need for additional services to address cleanliness, safety, and public perception. Inspired by the success of PBIDs across Sacramento, property owners have organized to form a PBID tailored to the needs of Northgate Boulevard.

The Northgate Boulevard Property and Business Improvement District (PBID) is a benefit assessment district established to provide supplemental services to promote a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant Northgate Boulevard. The Northgate PBID will deliver services that go above and beyond those provided by the City of Sacramento, focusing on improving public safety, cleanliness, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
